Bought and paid for over £3,000 of Miele appliances in June. No show on delivery, twice. Asked for refund and got finally got a confirmation in mid July. After several time of calling and asking for a refund, the shop said they will do it but just simply did NOT. It is now end of November and no refund. Going to start legal procedures.

My bank is now on the case to claim my money bank. The man on the phone is so rude. I don't know if this place actually delivers anything they sell?
