"This is the first time we\u2019ve purchase from this online store, and it wouldn\u2019t be our last. The delivery was super fast (it mentioned it would be within 14 days) it actually arrived within 3 days! The plan was to decorate our child\u2019s room before putting this bed together but as it arrived so quickly we were excited to see our little ones face (it was a surprise for her birthday) so we assembled it as soon as it arrived. \r\n\r\nIt took my partner and I about 1 hour and 30mins to fully assemble it. I made a mistake of putting one of the sides on the wrong end hence it took it a bit longer, but all in all once it was up it felt really sturdy. Also, what we only noticed after was that there are holes to add the ladder on the left side if the right isn\u2019t suitable. Great bonus!\r\nMy only negative was putting the slats on!! It states no power tools but it was quite fiddly using a screwdriver not to mention quite labouring so I went against the grain and used a hand held drill to fix the slats! Worked great and saved time! A step ladder will also come in handy! The pack provides 2 Allen keys which was a nice touch as there were 2 of us assembling it. It also comes in 3 securely packed boxes about 43kg in total. \r\n\r\nConclusion: It\u2019s a great bed! We purchased the mattress separately which was fine. The depth of the mattress is only a few cm\u2019s more than recommended from this store but all is good, our little one has enough side boundary to not fall out of bed. Our child absolutely loves it (she\u2019s just turned 6 yo). Plus there\u2019s so much more space in her room now so happy all round! :)"
