“Got our order back today. We are delighted with the prescription. We have used others company’s in the past, but your turn around was unbelievable thank you. Very very pleased Mr Cork.”

“had two pairs from NL now, both reglaze of unavailable frames for the highstreet very happy with both prescription are fine and quickness was fine. had to send pictures as they were variofocal but no problems countered”

“Easy to use website, received regular text and email updates on order status. Sending and receiving frames back (as had a re-glaze) was in under a week. Lovely quality, beautiful job - really happy - will be sending my other frames to have lens' replaced. Would def recommend.”

“I sent you my favourite glasses that I paid £150 pounds for 3 years ago.The old lenses were so badly scratched. For under £40 they were replaced and sent back within 1 week and they're just perfect now.”

“Such an easy and first class service , sent my old specs and within a week the old frames and new lenses were delivered. There is so much waste in this world,to be able to re-use existing frames is fantastic and very cost effective. Highly recommend. Many Thanks.”

“my first experience of buying glasses online. it was so easy. uploaded a photo of my prescriptions. gave them the information as to which pairs I wanted for which activity (one for distance, one for up close) and they sent them to me all ready to use within a week. their communication (when I had cause to email them to query something) was excellent and they got back to me really quickly. will definitely use again!!”

“Having just recovered from two cataract operations, I needed to replace my reading glasses, although the frames were perfectly fine. I gave Newlenses a try, the glasses were returned within a week, and the results were excellent: in fact I was impressed enough to use them again to replace the lenses in the glasses I use for computer work. Again they were returned within a week, and again the results were excellent.”
