Wasn't happy when i returned to collect my car it was nowhere to be seen! I had to look around the car park for 20mins trying to find it myself!

After arriving back at Newcastle Aiport, we stood in the shelter where the driver dropped us off on our outbound journey, we pick you up where we drop you off he said, no need to ring the office we have cameras monitoring the shelter. We stood and waited for over 20 minutes, no bus arrived. I walked from the Terminal to the office to ask where the pickup was, explaining my wife was still at the shelter with two suitcases waiting to be picked up. A driver then took me back to the pick up point, which was a different shelter to where we had been told. The driver said they had taken on some new starters and he must have taken us to the wrong shelter initially. Not a satisfactory end to a flight from Adelaide via Dubai that had taken the best part of 24 hours. Need to get their act sorted out.

Shuttle didn't turn up so we walked over to airport. On return, they told me my car was supposed to be in the long stay car park (I'd been away for 2 nights) Luckily it wasn't, but nobody seemed to know what they were doing. For the extra fiver or whatever it is, I'll just use the normal airport carpark next time.

i can never get out of the gate in the short stay carpark. I have to press the button, wait, then try and find a very small code number on a piece of paper I have not got to hand at 2 in the morning.

The outward service was fine but the return pick up was an utter nightmare! !We ended up walking back to the car park ourselves after waiting 15 mins as no sign of any buses. Other people waiting followed suit as they were also sick of waiting. I questioned the receptionist who advised they only had two buses and one of those he did not know it's whereabouts.Shambles. just as well it was not raining.!!!

Unfortunately on the last three occasions that we used your services we have had to walk from the terminal to the car park as no mini bus turned up. Surely you must monitor the landings and appreciate that more travellers are now flying with hand luggage only?

Arrived at reception to check in at 5 am and were met with a queue of about 20 people. To make matters worse it was raining, There was only one man on reception and one transit bus. The man on reception was doing all he could to get the queue down but it seemed to take an age to get registered. We had to wait till another mini bus was brought in but the driver couldnt fold down the front seats and we had to clamber into the back. The return trip was efficient, as normal. We have used the Park and Fly many times but were disappointed with this booking

The reception to hand in the keys was very poor. It was busy at 5am and only one person was on duty. The staff member had difficulty operation the computer and printer and lacked confidence in handling the problems. On the numerous occasions I have used the service I have never experienced this. The pick up arrangements the following week were not as smooth as previous occasions and the driver had poor customer care skills. Overall I think that the quality of your service has deteriorated considerably. Mike Earnshaw

The parking location is great but unfortunately the courtesy bus service was terrible. We were left waiting so long outside the terminal at the pick up point, that we had to walk instead, dragging our cases to get our car. We tried to contact the parking services by phone but received an automated reply. There is no effective way to arrange pickup if the bus is not there. We saw the bus leaving as we approached, (with some customers who arrived on our flight) but as we did not get out of the baggage handling as quickly as some did, we were left behind and no bus returned to pick up remaining customers. It may have been a misunderstanding and a one off mistake but they must have had a list of customers they expected. From our point of view not a good experience.

It was busy, no parking bays for customers to check in, asked one guy, he said leave it on the drive in, got into office and they sent someone out to move it. As a nearly new car I asked if I should close mirrors in and told " please yourself ". Everyone seemed under pressure, not a nice feeling when you are leaving a £20,000 car in their hands. Maybe you are packing them really tight with minimum workers to maximise the profit.

Waited in a cue for about 15mins to get booked in to the car park and when we returned home we waited 20mins before I had to ring the office to let's them know we were waiting to get picked up to be took back to the car park.. the last thing you need after waiting in cues for flights in airports. Also I don't understand why they need to move your car about in the car park!? I think next time I'd rather use the long stay car park!
