“Park and Ride great service, coming back from our holiday we had left the ticket to car park at hotel. We rang for service once back at airport. The guy on the line was really helpful and friendly and said it wasn't a problem just to say reference number as we where leaving at barrier. Definitely will use them again”

“Just one comment, every time we have used you, it takes too long for one of your vehicles to turn up. The last 2 occasions, on our return, we stood shivering for 20 minutes. Not much fun this weather! Mr F Connell.”

“The Short Stay Carp Park is a Great Location for getting into the Terminal with the minimum of effort, by paying a little extra, you can park at a fixed price for the duration of your stay. I have used this car park 3 times now and have experienced difficulties every time getting out and have had to call the Help centre to exit the car park, very annoying at 03.00am in the morning. I am booked into this car park in May and hope for a better experience.”

“Your service was excellent and as expected from information supplied before hand. I left my car in an undamaged condition, and picked it up about 12.15 pm on 12/2/16 at your premises. It was parked with the front end very close to the rear of your office and quite close to other vehicle right and left. I examined my vehicle for damage and saw none although my access to the front of the vehicle was restricted. I drove home without incident, parked in my drive way without incident and within half an hour went to the local supermarket for shopping, where I parked with the front end towards a wall where it could not have been damaged. This would be approx. 1.15 - 1.30pm that day. After shopping about 2.0pm I reversed in the car park, drove home without incident and reversed into my driveway. I got out of the vehicle walked around the front of the car and saw a small patch of damage at the front edge of the front offside wheel arch about 10cm long and 5cm deep this had not been on my car when I left it at your premises on 5th February 2016. As far as I am aware this damage did not occur after I picked up the car either on my journey home or during my journey to the supermarket and back. The damage is superficial, is on a plastic/fibreglass portion of the front offside wheel arch bumper area and will not rust. It would appear to have been caused when the vehicle has been manoeuvred with a left hand lock on the steering wheel with the wheel arch being exposed to some form of rough obstruction which may not have been heard inside the cab. Perhaps you would like to review my report and supply comment. yours truly, David G Archbold. I will be using your facility again in the near future.”

“Aways use park n fly when traveling from Newcastle .. Staff are always friendly and never had any issues with our car.. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the delay in being collected from the airport on return ... One driver with one bus didn't have enough room for us and waiting for him to come back for us in the freezing weather was unpleasant...”

“very convenient onsite parking. beware that there is 'park & fly on airport' with parking in short stay car park onsite, and also 'park & fly' which is just off the roundabout on the main road, next to the premier inn. We booked 'on airport' in error as we were staying at the premier inn the night before our flight.”
