“Booked park and fly for a good price for a week, then a few days before the booking was to start, got a e-mail to say I cud upgrade to premier short stay parking 15 meters from terminal building, for £5 extra, looked at price on airport website, then went ahead with upgrade via park and fly, saving about £50, thank you park and fly.”

“Shuttle didn't turn up so we walked over to airport. On return, they told me my car was supposed to be in the long stay car park (I'd been away for 2 nights) Luckily it wasn't, but nobody seemed to know what they were doing. For the extra fiver or whatever it is, I'll just use the normal airport carpark next time.”
