I walked from the Terminal to the office to ask where the pickup was, explaining my wife was still at the shelter with two suitcases waiting to be picked up. The driver said they had taken on some new starters and he must have taken us to the wrong shelter initially. Not a satisfactory end to a flight from Adelaide via Dubai that had taken the best part of 24 hours. Need to get their act sorted out.
