“I use NX Powerlite Desktop fairly simplistically in the reduction of attachment size for e-mails, in preparing documents for inclusion in website material and when tidying up file storage. It also works well in conjunction with some online compressors and with PDF software in the compression process as a precursor to further compression, as it does not have the compression capability of some online compressors and does not claim to. NX Powerlite Desktop does the job that I expected it to do and is regularly used.”

“I purchased this software twice. The second time because I lost the original when I lost my system, and there was no way to retrieve the license. Otherwise, I would have given this 5 stars.”

“Good product does a great job. Recently I was using it for a word document with embedded jpg the original file was 47 MB and after compression it was 45 MB. I had to go in word and compress the jpg to get the file down to 2 MB. Wondering why NX couldn't do this on its own.”
