“Great product which I've been using for many years. One complaint. On average every 2 years my IT administer gives me a new laptop. But when I try to install a 2 year old version using the original license number I'm told that the version is too old and I have to buy the latest version. This is the reason that I haven't bought copies for my whole sales team.”

Hi Darren, thanks for taking the time to leave a review for NXPowerLite. Our desktop licence is perpetual, and you can use whichever version you purchased forever. Unfortunately, when Microsoft bring out new software we have R&D to upgrade a new release, I imagine you are updating your software when you get new PCs. We do offer NXPowerLite Upgrade Assurance which is a yearly fee that covers for any version we release that a lot of users find viable. Hi Peter, Many thanks for the review. I wanted to let you know that the issue with Apple Photos should be fixed in Version 7. We have improved NXPowerLite's ability to retain custom metadata associated with images. “While I love NX Powerlite, the latest version (version 7) seems to create issues with Lotus Notes. Is there a bug fix for this?”

Genevieve, Thanks for the feedback! I wanted to let you know that we are aware of the Lotus Notes issue with Desktop v7.0.2. We have a fix for this which will be included in the next version (v7.0.3). It is currently in the final stages of testing and will be released soon. I will contact you separately to discuss a technical work-around to get you up and running with the version you have installed.

Genevieve, Just to let you know that we have now released a version of NXPowerLite (v7.0.3) that includes a fix for this problem. If you update the software now you'll be able to work with Lotus Notes without issue. Here's the direct link to the latest version: www.neuxpower.com/latest/setup

“I am using NXPowerLite already for years, and I am very satisfied with the results. I am always on the road and active with development of new projects and also inspections. The many pictures I am making always comes back into my reports and power points. Without NXPowerlite it is almost impossible to send my reports thorugh e-mails. The latest upgrade is even better. “very good software good prices are cheaper than fileminimizer and program is faster but online services are free and good too . Pdf optymalisation hasnt got option no jpg compression. No many options compression. Not good price or discount code to upgrade software.”

“I use NX Powerlite Desktop fairly simplistically in the reduction of attachment size for e-mails, in preparing documents for inclusion in website material and when tidying up file storage. It also works well in conjunction with some online compressors and with PDF software in the compression process as a precursor to further compression, as it does not have the compression capability of some online compressors and does not claim to. NX Powerlite Desktop does the job that I expected it to do and is regularly used.”

“I purchased this software twice. The second time because I lost the original when I lost my system, and there was no way to retrieve the license. Otherwise, I would have given this 5 stars.”
