Hi there, Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with NXPowerLite Desktop (Mac). Just to clear up that we don't advertise Excel compression with our mac software - it clearly states which file formats it supports on our product page here: https://www.neuxpower.com/nxpowerlite-desktop-mac Compression performance also depends on the content inside the file. NXPowerLite Works really well with pre-compress content such as images but not so well with lots of data or text. So we cannot guarantee compression wit every file. The 14-day free trial is usually enough for people to fully test the software with their files and decide to purchase or not. We would welcome any feedback on the file compression of the files that the software actually does support but happy to refund you if you still feel that is appropriate. “Very disappointed with the product. Can't get PDF under 20mb "I love PDF" free and does a better job. Wish I hadn't wasted my money.”
