“Qualtiy of the jack clip is very poor.the clip gets damaged even if plug and unplug for a single time.otherwise cables are good”

The service was first class, offering the personal touch by contacting me when one of the items I wanted to purchase was going to be delayed - it is always good to be kept in the picture when this occurs. “I've used Netstore direct for three purchases now, they were very helpful on the phone assisting me with the correct selection of products and the items were delivered promptly the next day. On one occasion the wrong item was delivered but this was resolved expediently and they also willingly exchanged an item which I had erroneously ordered. All in all a good experience so far.”

“Excellent service, almost too fast. Ordered on a Sunday and as delivery was not urgent paid for saver delivery knowing that someone would be home to receive the goods. The order was sent Monday and arrived Tuesday. I would use them again without hesitation.”
