“I called Giles Insurance at 3.30pm on a Friday after a last minute opportunity came up and I needed to be trading the next day. Neil pulled out all the stops and worked to get me covered before the end of the end and with a very reasonable quote for my specific requirement. 100% recommend Giles. He could have said call back Monday, but didn't. He did all he could to help me get covered for the weekend. Thanks Neil!”

“As far as insurance companies go, what an absolute breath of fresh air! Neil was honest and informative highlighting things I hadn't even thought of previosuly but were absolutely essential to ensure me, my staff, my business and my vehicle had correct cover in place. The quote provided came in almost 50% less than what other companies had quoted, which for a new business was just perfect! I will definitley be using Neil at Giles for ALL of my future insurance needs and 100% recommend anyone in the business gives them a try BEFORE their next renewal is due.”

“We found Michael Brandon highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. We appreciated all the effort he made to try and find a Company who would insure our property in Scotland for flood cover. When we are next in Scotland we will speak to other ground floor flat owners to see if any of them have managed to obtain flood cover which we will revisit next year.”
