“I spoke with Thomas Y., who was a lovely and extremely professional person. He managed to find the right solution for me in less than 20 minutes, after I had already spoken with several other companies. He was a real lifesaver, resolving everything quickly and clearly. Honestly, if he’s not employee of the month, he definitely should be – having people who work the way he does makes a real difference. I’m not related, I just genuinely appreciate great service (and as someone who also works with the public, I know people are often quick to leave negative reviews). Great job, Thomas!”

“NEIL - He's still got it! Have worked with Giles Insurance since I started up my business and even though there has been a recent merger, Neil still there solving problems if needed! “I was referred through to Giles Insurance and received an excellent service from both Neil and Tom. Everything was explained clearly and a policy was arranged that met my speciofic needs. “I dread it when it becomes time to renew my insurances but this time I decided to contact Neil. He is very friendly, explains everything in layman's terms and takes time to ensure that you understand. Not only has he managed to provide me with the comprehensive cover that I need for my very unique business, he has also saved my 'not-for-profit' hundreds of pounds!
