“This is a great family run company, it's very reassuring to speak with someone who is evidently both experienced and knowledgeable. They are more concerned with getting it right than just making a quick sale. Very helpful, timely and personal service.”

“We have used Giles Insurance Consultants for many years, and they are the NCASS preferred supplier for Insurance. Never had a reason to speak to speak to them, until we recently wanted to add Nitrogen Ice Cream to our product range, and the initial feedback from the underwriter was they would not touch us with a barge pole! With the help of Neil at Giles Insurance we wrote our risk assessment and method statement and explained all the safety features, and not only has it been added to our PL insurance we have not had to pay a penny extra. Can't recommend Giles Insurance enough, and obviously a great benefit for being a member of NCASS.”

“Having purchased a business I shopped around for Insurance. I decided to opt for insurance cover from Simply Business who provided a favourable quote … BIG MISTAKE! On renewal I was told that I didn’t actually have the cover I had been paying for.. outrageous! I decided to speak to Giles Insurance whose expertise and knowledge immediately understood what my vintage converted horsebox was that I used for my catering business and recommended the correct cover. I would not hesitate to recommend Giles Insurance, pay the small amount extra and have the reassurance of the correct cover! Simply Business insurance is not worth the paper it is written on.”
