Hi Myra, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. As we use artificial flavours in our liquids, it is understandable that some customers may feel that the taste is slightly too unnatural, however there is a very important safety reason for not using naturally occurring organic flavours in our e-liquids. Things that are generally safe to eat/ingest are not always safe to inhale and that is the case here. There are lots of naturally occurring impurities found in natural flavours from plants and fruits (things such as plant oils and fatty acids etc) which are not safe to inhale and therefore need to be excluded from the product. Some identical compounds that are found in the fruit (and ultimately responsible for the flavour) are used, but the more toxic compounds that will still be present in the organic/natural flavouring are excluded. Another benefit of the artificial flavouring is device longevity. There are a number of sugars found in natural/organic flavourings such as fructose, sucrose etc and these cannot be used in e-liquids as they destroy the vape devices. These sugars will begin to crystallise on the coil and then subsequently burn, leaving a black sticky mess inside the device and ultimately destroying the coil. All this being said, we are incredibly grateful for your feedback and will take this on board and pass the information back to our team so see if we are able to source a more realistic flavouring on future orders.
