Our comprehensive range of natural insulations include Thermafleece sheep’s wool insulation, Thermafleece NatraHemp - a plant fibre based hemp insulation, Steico wood fibre insulation as well as Thermofloc Loose Fill insulation made from recycled newspapers and SupaSoft Insulation made from recycled plastic bottles. We also offer breathable lime plaster for interior walls, battery powered loft lights, insulation membranes and tapes and loft legs which allow you to board the loft without compressing the insulation

“Delivery was prompt, not confirmed when it was due to be delivered by carrier though. Material was well packed and very easy to cut it is easy to clean up as product does drop a small ammount when cut. I noticed an instant improvement in room temp after fitting in poorly insulated small roof area.”

“Products - ultrawool and intelligent membrance arrived promptly and the technical support supplied was excellent. The wool was a please to install and much more skin friendly than rockwool ! Only thing I had to do was prompt for a discount to bring prices in line with the competition.”

“Product and service were excellent. However, unable to give 5 because of a cost comparison with subsidised "traditional" options readily available from the main retailers. Price difference is too large to ignore at this time. I particularly liked how the sheeps wool settles into an even level. Worth pushing that as a benefit. Like most partially vented voids, we are getting condensation in the loft and it will be interesting to see how the natural material copes with the moisture levels in the winter. Again, this appears to be a benefit. I hope the venture continues to supply the insulation market. It appears a strong alternative for those customers who can appreciate the sustainability benefit and who want to support commercial diversity in the farming community. Mike (A City Dweller).”

Good responses from company to both e mail and telephone enquiries and very satisfied with precise delivery slot that was requested. The material (Cosywool) is a bit smelly/sheepy after installation and this does take a few weeks to wear off. I would nevertheless recommend it. It is good stuff.”

“I called the company before ordering the SuperSoft insulation to ask some questions and the person handling my enquiry was friendly, knowledgeable and readily gave me her time. I am very happy with the product, which was clearly priced and arrived within the agreed timescale. The delivery driver was brusque and patronising and refused to keep the wooden delivery pallet, leaving me with the problem of finding a good way to dispose of it.”

“Company easy to deal with. Product good but there is a need to use mask, goggles And Gloves. Had to cut 90% of runs, old house meant that there was a difference in rafter spacing 34cm to 26cm! Dust caused and material seemed to take all natural oils from hands . Taken 2 weeks to return to normal ( I didn’t wear gloves for first 3 days).”

“This product is fabulous and very easy to use. The smell is a bit of an issue and it does take a while to disperse. We noted that when first installed the insulation smell did attract flies into the roof. As we were increasing the insulation to the roof we also increased the ventilation which made the fly issue worse. It's not been an issue at the moment but it is midwinter. Fingers crossed that this is not a problem in the summer. Overall we are really pleased with the insulatrion and it proved really good value for monery”
