I called the company before ordering the SuperSoft insulation to ask some questions and the person handling my enquiry was friendly, knowledgeable and readily gave me her time. I am very happy with the product, which was clearly priced and arrived within the agreed timescale. The delivery driver was brusque and patronising and refused to keep the wooden delivery pallet, leaving me with the problem of finding a good way to dispose of it.
