“My order was shipped in a timely fashion arriving, wrapped in plastic, on a pallet. I love the smell of sheep's wool insulation but, on this occasion so did several thousand blue bottle type flies which had found their way in through the plastic. Many were dead but just as many were alive. They were everywhere sandwiched between the wool batts which makes me suspect they were in my shipment before it was despatched. This was not very pleasant and so I ask Natural Insulation to check and check again that their sheep's wool is not contaminated in this way should I buy from them in future. This aside though, sheep's wool is a very special product which I whole heartedly recommend.”

Hello Chris, thanks for the update. It is always useful to know these things and all feedback is very helpful. As the wool itself is not a food source, we can only assume something must have entered the bag. It is not something we would anticipate will reoccur, although we will pass your message onto the warehouse.

“Great product and good price, however only 3 stars as the delivery driver decided he couldn't get up our lane. He called to ask if he could leave it at another property where he was delivering about quarter of a mile from us. Annoying as we get large delivery vehicles on our lane on a regular basis, and I had to make a number of trips in my car to collect the insulation from a very accommodating neighbour.”

“No problems ordering the product. Delivery was fine. Got to say I was a little disappointed with the wool insulation slabs. I felt the slabs shed a lot of waste material. This meant I was constantly cleaning up the space.”
