Helpful Report

“Great company - excellent service.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service and no issues with delivery to the Isle of Skye. Easy to fit and a huge difference to the overall heat retention within a listed Old Manse building designed by Thomas Telford. I have no hesitation in recommending Natural Insulations as the best and first choice for anyone considering a value for money loft insulation. Thank you!”

Helpful Report

“I’m so glad that sustainable insulation material is becoming more widely available. You really couldn’t do any better than this firm. They actively discouraged me from buying an expensive product that wasn’t actuall suitable for my needs, and gave me unwaveringly patient and expert guidance, by email and by telephone, in choosing the right amount, in the right thickness, for my job. Will be returning for material for the second stage of my project next year.”

“Great product, pity the charmless delivery driver wrecked the gate to my yard. And then lied about it.”

HI Mike, This is the first I have heard of any damage to your gate, I will speak to Eden Renewables regarding this.

“Natural Insulations had great product knowledge, were very helpful if sorting logistics out and sorted out my order quickly”

Helpful Report

“Rating would have been good to excellent if not for the 24 hours delay in delivery although this was probably the carriers issue rather than Natural Insulations who kept me informed.”

“Such a good company to deal with. Deliver on time without any fuss.”

“Products - ultrawool and intelligent membrance arrived promptly and the technical support supplied was excellent. The wool was a please to install and much more skin friendly than rockwool ! Only thing I had to do was prompt for a discount to bring prices in line with the competition.”

“Good service. A bit early to comment on the product quality. It looks fine but will have to wait to see if it works”
