“The dog loves the fish cubes so we've been buying from The Pets Larder for quite a number of years, however, I am very disappointed in the customer service. I placed an order before Christmas and only on delivery did I discover a Kong Toy was not available. There was no prior notice of this omission but they offered me a £5 off a £50 shop but the voucher date was in the smallest font possible. After photographing and magnifying the expiry date it was found to be 30 January 2026! I wrote to TPL to ask if they could extend the expiry date given I'd just had a large order but they refused this. Also my order came in a box from China containing their Blueberry Clover Chews - their website gives the impression that everything is local and certainly I can't see anything on the website stating that their chews are coming from CHINA! If customers are seeking out premium chews and food for their animals I hardly think that they would consider chews manufactured in China fits that bill! So 5* for the fish chews and 3* for customer service and 1* and less for the fact that this company is importing chews from China! Also important to note that the company invites customers [presumably heavily selected!] to review them on this platform rather than having an open profile on TrustPilot!”

“Would not buy from them again there was nothing wrong with chews but they had a offer saying if you bought 20 chews you got 5 free they did not say the had to be all the same as I bought the 20 but did not receive the 5 free ones apart from this they are good chews and prices”

“I like shopping here. The range of products is good. The shipping is usually very quick. The prices are good. You often find a freebie. The staff are really helpful if I get in a pickle. My dog Fleur thinks it's the best thing ever when a delivery arrives with the starfish chews in it as that's her favourite. Thanks all”
