Hi Jennifer, Your parcel wasn't late, it arrived with you on the 6th of January - within 24 hours of despatching. You clearly hadn't taken any notice of our Christmas shutdown which was clearly stated on our website via the front page and under the opening times tab, we also informed customers via social media. Your order was placed on the 24th of December - Whilst we were closed. Your order was despatched on our return - the 5th of January as advertised. Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 6th of January as promised. However, this was refused by yourself. Kind regards, The Natural Choice Team
