“Took money and accepted the job then started to indicate the driver was going to be late, after several different excuses I was then informed the driver had broken down and could not make it. Tip for the future - just tell the truth in the first place.”

Hi Jane, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you was not happy with the service you received from us. After reviewing your order there was a tight deadline between the time we would aim to collect and the time the company closed at the delivery. When receiving the booking we did make you aware that we could not guarantee a delivery pre 17:00 but would try out best. Due to the time of the day and the collection location we was limited to drivers in the area and kept you updated of this. We eventually managed to get a driver allocated to the order but it was still going to be close to the company close time for delivery, unfortunately on route to the collection the driver had an issue with his vehicle and was no longer able to carry on with the journey. We did inform you immediately of the breakdown and advise we are currently looking for a new driver but we was limited to drivers in the area and again we couldn't guarantee we would be able to get a driver that would meet the 17:00 deadline. At your request the order was cancelled and a full refund was issued, we would like to apologies for any inconveniences caused and we hope you will give us the opportunity to work together again in the future. “Excellent service - attentive staff and true to their word in terms of pick-up and delivery times. The only courier service we will use. I spoke to Amy on the Live chat and she was super helpful and professional.”

“I was exceptionally satisfied with the service provided by Nationwide courier - from the initial complex booking (online and via calls) to the collection and delivery of products. The courier was fantastic and communicated with the recipient in terms of facilitating an early delivery. Packages were kept in good order. Highly recommend this company.”
