“Ben,engineer who came, was efficient and very pleasant and traced and replaced faulty element immediately but had to come back with correct cooker bulb. I did tell NAC model number of cooker for correct bulb and this had to be ordered after initial visit. Ben came straight back and fitted correct bulb.He came when he said he would, which is unusual in my experience. I would definitely use him again. Very satisfied.”

“It was easy to book and engineer and for a time that suited me. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and had a replacement part in his van that he was able to install efficiently. The appliance was tested before he left. A fair price for the call out and replacement part too. Woud definitey recommend.”
