I am writing this to share my experience. I do not normally provide feedback. I came across mymotorworld.com through a search on google. I was after rear brake shoes for my Kia Sportage. I checked online entering my reg number and was pointed to the parts I needed. I ordered the brake shoes as the parts appeared advising me they were the items for my car. They arrived and I set about stripping down the brake shoes on my car. Could not believe it , the items sent were not going to fit. Went online to chat with someone for assistance and after some to and fro it was my fault for ordering the wrong parts. Even though I entered my reg number and stated the car year in the text box. I have returned the items at my own cost and expect a full refund. So if you order something you have to check it is the correct part you need before placing an order. The onus is on you. I have not ordered the correct part through mymotorworld.com as when I found the correct part number I searched for them and found the item much cheaper. Thank you mymotorworld. com for wasting my time.

I have recently become a member and I drive a Honda accord. I do my own service with the aid of information from the service manual. In a short while my car will need an oil change and I found Castrol edge 0W-30 C3 at a very good price and free delivery. Which is excellent. I would be off my rocker to not buy this oil at a bargain price. I will be ordering more goodies from "My Motor World" in due course.

Tried to amend my delivery address as auto population on browser had got screwed up they 'couldn't' do it so had to cancel order. 14 days to 'aim' to refund my money however,compared to one day to take the funds from my account. Not received theirs refund yet.
