Scammers. Sent me a dodgy fake knock off Bosch wiper blade that shakes all over the place and squeaks and scratched the window. Contacted them and the joker Remi, the most passive aggressive useless individual tried to tell me their terms and conditions meant that if it had been fit it couldn't be returned. After I repeatedly explained this breaches consumer rights legislation, the joker carried on arguing and arguing. In the end they denied me a refund unless a number of unlawful conditions were met. Unfortunately for them I'm not an idiot and have now done a charge back, it'll be raised with trading standards and their abuse of data will be raised with the information commissioners office. I'll also be sharing their replies with Bosch customer service directly to see if they appreciate these jokers tarnishing their reputation. Like I said to Remi, I hope the 20 quid scam is worth all of this
