Ordered a set of wiper blades, poorly wrapped and one blade had fallen in transit due to the wrapping of the package. One side of the screen is nice and clear

Waste of time sent wrong clutch out cost me over £1000 in labour with the time it took for the new one to arrive can’t get in contact with them for a refund wouldn’t recommend at all

After checking your order, we can confirm that your vehicle requires clutch kit LUK 624321800, whereas you ordered LUK 620304900 and LUK 512005010. Our website does show multiple fitment options based on vehicle specifications, which is why we always recommend double-checking with us if unsure. That said, we’ve accepted your return and already sent the return details to you so that we can process your refund as soon as the parts are back with us. We understand the frustration and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Parts are as expected however delivery was disappointing DX driver just dropped the package in the entrance to the block and literally ran, didn't even try to deliver to my door...I have since tried autodoc and its been 3 days and the items are still not in transit so will not order from them again however if i do order from here in the future, I will more than likely try collection.

You sent me this review link last Monday assuming I had received my oil order, which if you had checked first you would have seen that I haven't. Now at the end of the week and I still haven't received it. I have tried to call you on the number provided where there is a long message saying that you are all busy or closed, then I am cut off. Would have been good to have receive my order in the time you advised, as if it takes much longer it would have been quicker for me to have made my own oil! Please get this sorted out and I will ammend this review. Thank you
