Fantastic service,went to a couple of local autofactors they had trouble getting my part,would take a week to arrive went onto my motor world part in stock delivered next day!!also cheaper than my local suppliers! Can't fault at the moment

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase I made through your platform. I ordered a set of wipers advertised to be compatible with my Vauxhall Astra K. Before placing the order, I entered my vehicle registration number and verified the compatibility through your Fitment Guide, carefully checking all relevant details including the year, engine size, and fuel type. Everything indicated the wipers were a suitable match for my car. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the wipers did not fit due to a different fitting head. I contacted your customer service team and was assisted by someone named Rime, whose response was extremely unhelpful and disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the issue, he placed the blame on me for selecting the “wrong” item—despite the fact that I followed your recommended steps and used the tools you provided to ensure compatibility. While Rime did agree to accept a return, I was told that I would be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. This is unacceptable considering I did everything correctly on my end and relied on your systems to confirm compatibility. If your website and Fitment Guide cannot be trusted to guarantee a correct match, then it raises serious concerns about the reliability of your service and why such tools are offered in the first place. I feel deeply disappointed and misled, both by the product experience and by the lack of proper customer support. For this reason, I refuse to send the items back at my own expense, as I believe this situation was caused by an error or inadequacy on your part—not mine. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.

Our website does show multiple wiper fitments for the Vauxhall Astra K, depending on the specific variant and wiper arm type. While our Fitment Guide and number plate lookup are useful tools, they do rely on generalised vehicle data and may not capture every variation—especially where manufacturers use more than one type of fitting within the same model range. For this reason, we always encourage customers to cross-check product images and fitting descriptions before ordering, and this is also noted in our Help section. As the part supplied was not incorrect or mis described, and we fulfilled the order as placed, our standard returns policy applies—meaning return costs are the responsibility of the customer. This is stated clearly in our terms and conditions. While we’re happy to accept the item back for a refund, we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage in this case. We appreciate your feedback, and I’m sorry again that this hasn’t met your expectations.

Totally shocking service from the customer service to the courier company used, 7 days after ordering and still no items received! Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Asking me to rate before delivery has even come! Products were late leaving warehouse, then the delivery company is Evri, who are terrible round here. Agent asked me to hope it was going to come on Friday... I knew it wasn't going to. Am now sat here Monday morning (I ordered on Tuesday!) and the goods aren't out for delivery yet. Poor.
