The battery I ordered was out of stock so I was really happy when they sent me a better one at no extra cost to myself. I was very satisfied with the next day service and I will use again. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback. Your original order was unfortunately lost in transit. We offered you the choice of a full refund or a replacement, and you opted for a replacement, which has since been delivered. We’re glad the replacement reached you and hope you are happy with it.

Ordered product with next day delivery. Evri courier parked at top of driveway, looked for parcel and then drove away. Evri message saying it will be delivered following day. Following day same thing happened - Evri message saying I need to contact supplier(!?) Called mymotorworld and was advised to contact Evri as they couldn’t. Waited another day -Evri message status unchanged so I called MMW again. Was promised an email response by 6pm that evening - no email. Called MMW again the following day and a different contact said he will chase Evri and let me know what was happening. Received email from MMW stating they are waiting for a reply from Evri. I cancelled the order and am waiting a refund. I will not use a supplier who uses Evri - an organisation that cannot be contacted by phone is no good when you have a problem - no matter how good their delivery rate is.

Your choice of courier is a comedy sketch not delivered to my address, no correspondence, and a photograph of some body's front door had I had realised you would use NEVRI as delivery then I would not have placed an order with you

My order was dealt with promptly and delivered as advised, I was offered a promo code as a new account on my first order which made the item cheaper than anywhere else but sadly after going through the checkout system the code did not give discount, I contacted via email and was told the code did not apply to the particular item I purchased, I feel I was scammed into buying from mymotorworld.

Quality Oil at a great price, and with free delivery (on qualifying order) - you cant beat it. Unfortunately, the courier managed to damage the package that this was in and burst the oil bottle open at the cap. When I notified My Motor World, they rectified this immediately - no quibble. Top notch service, which is very hard to find sadly today. I will be ordering again as I know I can trust them to sort out any problems promptly and without any fuss - shop with confidence.

I’ve purchased a car a month ago. Went to see it with colleague mechanic for a check. Car is absolutely fantastic and Ash has been very helpful on each step of the way. He also helped me to sort finances out and delivered car to my home as I couldn’t drive it yet. Had no issue since. From the beginning I’ve been shown whole service history and went for a test drive. Very good conctact with seller. They were happy to answer any questions. I’m very happy with the purchase. Thanks for going extra mile Ash.
