“I ordered 1 windscreen wiper blade for one specific car. I received the blade and ELEVEN alternative fixings to fix it to my car. No indication which one to use and took some time to understand the tiny drawings on how to fix it to the car Details of my car were known at order stage - how much easier it could have been if there was an indication of which of the 11 fittings were needed, even if only a sticker on the packaging box”
