“Bars are ok but were delivered without the screws and bolts. I needed them so went and sourced my own which isn’t ideal when I had paid so much for the product in the first place. Told I could return them but the idea of ordering was so I could use them so ended up keeping them with the incorrect parts.”

“Next day delivery took 3 days and when the battery's did arrive the packaging and battery's had battery acid around them, I can only presume there chosen courier didn't handle the parcels very carefully. I think they need to think about a new courier to represent them”

“Have not used oil as evry other search engine I looked on give slightly different spec than the one your site did so a waste of £26 for two litres of oil”

“Last order placed, most of the items were missing. Though resolved in the end, it intially felt like I was being accussed of lying and trying to pull a fast one. Left me feel uncormfortable to use in the future and knowing the carrier is Evri dosnt give confidence either (as i had originally though they had stole the items that were missing as this happened on multiple occassions when I use to run a business)”

“Very pleased with purchasing process and with contact i had with you on telephone. Not pleased with your courier but wouldnt mark company down for courier faults. Motor world told me 18/06 delivery date, which was fine, although your courier told me 12/05 which i was surprised at but waited for it to arrive which it never only a phone call to your office to contact courier got me delivery on 18th. Could not contact courier myself in any way, i just wish people would tell you an exact date not tell you bull and waste your time.”
