“Never had any tradespeople reply to advert.”

You may have already got the job done now but if not you could always try posting your job again and providing more detail in the description to see if you get a better response.

“The work done by the trader I used was very good but the website My Local Toolbox was less easy to use than some others. I will not be using it again.”

“The website gave me an immediate 3 choices. I employed Tomislav Malikovic. But the profiles would not load and I did not realise he could not do EICR. He did an excellent job. I then had to find another electrician for EICR. And I have been unable to review Tomislav as your website will not work. Even when you have asked for review. I have written and been rung up and still I cannot review or say I did not use 2 electricians.”
