“Love the product, lovey design and good quality. My only frustration was the price of postage. The only postage option was dpd next day delivery at £6.90! As I ordered on a Friday afternoon the parcel arrived on Tuesday. Please consider other postage options particularly when ordering outside a window for next day delivery, I didn’t need it in a rush so was happy to wait but had to pay the premium price anyway.”
Hello, we're sorry to hear your frustrations on our postage.
We advise any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday due to our warehouse times- this is on our delivery policy and on the product page for clarity.
As a company we have looked into other couriers however they do not meet our standards for delivery requirements with poor service and lost parcels for a similar cost to our current courier and in no way do we wish for this for our My Carry Potty customers.
I hope this explains further but please be assured we take great care in considering every options for our customers and the couriers we use.

“I bought a My Carry Potty for my little one and have found it so handy to take out and about, knowing we could use anytime/anywhere - it really is a great product.
However, we had been using it for about 6-8 weeks when the locking mechanism snapped and we could no longer securely close the potty. We were away on holiday at the time so this was a bit of a pain, but I managed to get an identical replacement delivered via Amazon Prime the next day. On returning from our trip I contacted My Carry Potty's customer service team by phone and spoke to a lovely lady called Katie, who was extremely pleasant and apologetic, but also resolved the situation quickly and easily for me, making sure I was refunded for the replacement potty I had purchased.
