As I ordered on a Friday afternoon the parcel arrived on Tuesday. Please consider other postage options particularly when ordering outside a window for next day delivery, I didn’t need it in a rush so was happy to wait but had to pay the premium price anyway.”
Hello, we're sorry to hear your frustrations on our postage.
We advise any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday due to our warehouse times- this is on our delivery policy and on the product page for clarity.
As a company we have looked into other couriers however they do not meet our standards for delivery requirements with poor service and lost parcels for a similar cost to our current courier and in no way do we wish for this for our My Carry Potty customers.
I hope this explains further but please be assured we take great care in considering every options for our customers and the couriers we use.
