“We have been arguing for the longest time over how to arrange the room, what colours and type of furniture to use. Working with Olivia was a pleasant but eye-opening experience. Her structured and kind approach has helped us to open our minds, understand what we actually want and shown us a very clear path forward to creating the home we have been looking for. We very much enjoyed working with her and love seeing our vision come together.”

“Liv has been truly amazing to work with! She made us feel at ease from the start. She made it so easy to communicate with her and she was always quick to respond to our questions or jump on a call. She really came up with some great ideas of how to really utilize our small place. I honestly can't recommend her enough! We definitely would request to work with her in the future for any other interior design work. And just a quick shout out to Liv - Thank you so much! You have made us so excited to live in our new home!”

“This service is really good value for money and the attention to detail is awesome! Ria has been fantastic in finding the right items for my layout and has managed to accommodate all my needs. I am really happy with how the place came together. Remy was super responsive and really helpful in removing the hassle of placing the orders for all the furniture items. I would totally recommend this service to my friends.”

“We engaged with My Bespoke Room as we needed some help and inspiration with internal design for our new home. The service from our designer Sarah and personal shopper Remy has been brilliant, and we would not have come up with anything remotely as wonderful without Sarah's expert eye. Both Sarah and Remy have been very responsive when we have asked questions and we would highly recommend this service.”

“My ideas for the living room were all over the place. That is when I decided to try My Bespoke Room and it all came together. My designer Holly understood my style and really brought the design to a level that it felt perfect. She was always very responsive to ideas and so many of my questions. And gave amazing suggestions, not just for the furniture, but also how to bring the whole space together. She even went out of the way to redo the layout when I backed off from my original idea. My Bespoke Room and Holly come very highly recommended from me.”

“I don't know where to start, this is my first time reaching out to My Bespoke Room. I wish I had done it sooner. The whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. I was appointed Liv B who couldn't be any more perfect for me and my style. Liv B is so easy to chat with and we instantly connected. Liv made me feel very relaxed and I knew I could trust her and felt she had things in hand asap. She kept me in the loop and the team work between myself and Liv just flowed. “Loved the whole process! Really easy to do and enjoyable too. Milena was really friendly and great to work with. She really listened to our ideas and hopes for the space. The end design was just what we hoped for. We are yet to see it in the flesh but are excited to work on it. Highly recommend the service. Really does bring interior design to the 'masses'!”

“Milena designed our new kitchen / diner extension, and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She actually made a huge impact on our extension when she worked out that we didn't have quite enough space to fit the kitchen units we wanted, and so we changed the architects plans to accommodate her design! This will have a huge impact on how we use the space and we were very thankful that we had engaged with the interior design team early when we still had time to make structural changes. We can't wait to see what the finished design looks like in real life! We will definitely be using My Bespoke Room for other rooms and can't recommend Milena and the team highly enough.”

“It has been such a pleasure working with Milena and we love the vision she has created for the living room in our first home. We are so excited about bringing it to life in the coming months. Both my partner and I have said time and again - even though our inspirations lead the way, we would never have been able to have created something as fitting as her design on our own. We needed a space that would work for us and our 2-year-old and the design did just that. Milena was always on hand to answer questions via chat and was really quick with suggesting layout options for the space, something that had us confused before contacting MBR. Our bedroom refurb is something we can only afford to do further down the line but I'm already thinking it would be lovely to work with her again on that! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Milena & MBR to others.”

“I found out about My bespoke room from researching online. I booked a mini makeover package and was paired with Designer Olivia. Olivia gave me some great suggestions on our first video call. Then based on my preferences, created a selection of items that go well together. A very streamlined process.”

“We are remodelling four flats into one in a Georgian House, something we have never done before. The prospect of designing the interior was both exciting and daunting as we did not want to make any expensive mistakes. Rachel has helped us enormously by providing advice and giving us ideas on how to decorate the space and on which products would suit. We feel far more confident now.”

“This was the 3rd time we have used the My Bespoke Room service and the wonderful Olivia, this time it was for our garden/patio. Having used the service before for 2 rooms inside we had a rough idea of what to expect but weren't sure exactly what would be covered in the outside area, but the design and most importantly the service far exceeded our expectations. The layout and items were so different to what we were thinking, in the best possible way. At every stage Liv closed in more and more on what we were looking for and somehow understands what we needed even when we struggling to explain. The level of care and attention taken is so impressive, and the selection of doggie accessories for the garden were not something we had asked for but is a perfect example of the personal touches Liv applies. I couldn't recommend MyBespokeRoom and Liv more strongly.”

“After trawling through Pinterest and Instagram for design ideas to liven up our fairly dull kitchen and an awkwardly shaped living room, and feeling a little overwhelmed on what to choose, we discovered My Bespoke Room. We needed advice on layout, colour combinations and finishing touches. Tracey was our designer and, after reviewing our brief and speaking to us on the phone, produced the most beautiful designs. Her suggested rearrangement of the layouts was so clever and worked brilliantly. She also gently guided us out of our comfort zones and introduced us to fabulous new (to us) suppliers, helping us to consider design elements that we wouldn’t have been aware of or considered before. Tracey is so easy to communicate with, I felt like I’d known her for years, and replied really quickly to any queries we had. The whole process was so much fun and we wish we’d found My Bespoke Room years ago. All purchases came in within our budget and the whole service was incredibly good value for the detailed support that we received.”

“We've used MBR twice so far - first for our master bedroom and recently for our open plan living/dining/kitchen area - and on both occasions we've loved the designs Tracey came up with! She really manages to 'get' us and create something we didn't even know we wanted. Remy has been fantastic in coordinating our orders, keeping us informed throughout and going out of her way to find alternatives when things have gone out of stock. All in all, a brilliant experience - thanks to Tracey and Remy!”

“Olivia, my designer, made my first experience of interior design an absolute pleasure! She created a beautiful yet very practical space where all puzzles make one whole. This was not a stressful but a very exciting process. Her personality put me at ease and I felt my thoughts were valued, even when they needed a redirection. I'd recommend MBS to anyone at any time. Already looking forward to renovating my next bedroom. Thanks a million! P.S. the personal shopping option made my life so much easier. I clicked a few bottoms and next thing I know, the items are at my door step. What a smooth operation!”
