“I am genuinely impressed with MyNewTerm. The user experience is exceptional, and the application process is straightforward. As an overseas teacher applying to UK-based schools, I find MyNewTerm to be the best platform for connecting candidates with schools. Unlike other platforms, MyNewTerm avoids asking irrelevant questions. Recommendations: 1. In some countries, like Ghana, digital addresses are used instead of postcodes. To accommodate this, it would be helpful if MyNewTerm could include an option for 'postcode/digital address' to make the platform more inclusive. 2. Include a section for Police Clearance Certificate/DBS details to streamline the background verification process.”

“The site is easy to use. Thank you very much. I had, however, a really bad interview where I was treated poorly by a school. What happened to me is not at all MyNewTerm's responsibility, but perhaps might you consider a system which the candidates can rate schools and/or share their interview experiences like "Glassdoor" site? Thank you.”

“I really enjoyed using MyNewTerm. It was a nice experience on this site. But my worry is that I have been applying for a mathematics teacher position using MyNewTerm but not yielded positive results. Five applications have been made and two have been unsuccessful. I trust and hope that the rest of the applications will yield something positive.”

“MyNewTerm Application Portal (web page) , its very good . Once you have your profile on the portal, it makes applicaion for jobs easy and very fast. with your Profile on the Applicatiion Portal , you can apply for as much as numnerous jobs within a day. But if ou have to go the various school portals to fill your application, all from the start, you cannot apply for more than one or two positions a day. Please can you encourage schools to use your application portal for thier applications. Thank you Sir.”
