“dont want to use this often as when it comes to submitting application it dont let you submit until you write 2000 words atleast.also does not save it for next time which is so long to keep writing 2000 words everytime you apply for a job”

“It is really good to use as all your personal information is stored and you just need to fill in the additional information when applying for any new job you are interested in. Only thing that is confusing it at it say you can only submit additional inform of 2000 characters not words but does allow you submit 2 A4 sheets approximately which is more than 2000 words.”

“The application was smooth and easy to use. But the problem is, there is no feedback on whether my application has been considered or accessed. No feedback and it is the only problem I am having with your platform. At least lets get some feedback from the schools whether we are progressing to the next stage of the process or not.”

“The registration was lengthy and was confused why you had to upload a cv when you have to fill out your entire work history. When applying for a job the 2000 minimum character statement is far too long, and having to do this for every application is off putting. I also do not agree with the references being taken before the interview as this can make it awkward when your current employer is approached and you don’t get the position.”

“Overall an easy, accessible way of submitting the application form. However at this occasion I was informed about my interview two days prior the date of 29th of November 2023. I believe the recrutation process was completed by midday on Wednesday the 22nd .”

“I have not received the lesson observation details. These are necessary to plan and prepare resources for the lesson. Is this available on here? I cannot see it. I have looked everywhere. I have not received an email from the school yet either. Please advise.”

“I applied for several Exam Invigilator temporary posts which were all basic pay level jobs. I found the website okay to navigate however I was put off by having to write a 2000 word personal statement before I could submit my applications. I understand this for teachers, high level jobs but I feel for low level minimum wage admin jobs this is overkill and certainly puts lots of people off.”

“The platform was very straightforward however, unless your CV is a standard Word document, don’t upload it. It put my data all over the place. I had to spend a lot of time double checking to make sure the right info matched the right job or qualification.”

“The application process is straight forward and easy on this website, but the search function isn't great compared to others. I seem to have to reset the location filter every time I refresh the page (which isn't the case for dfe or tes job sites)”
