On the whole the website is efficient but does not leave much room for anomalies .. eg. I have only had three jobs and two of my previous employers are no longer trading and I do not have contact with anyone from those times (18 years or more ago).. and could not use anyone else as a second reference other than a long standing friend as I felt two references from the same job wasn't ok.
I know it gives you the chance to explain gaps in employment but still felt this was a bit 'clunky'
