Once you fill in your details for one application form, then you can use them again for other applications easilly without the need of filling them in again! “Despite having limited confidence with my own ability to deal with electronic forms and submissions of any kind, I was able to navigate easily through the various requirements of both the application process and the post interview requirements. In many ways, the whole experience has been much easier, more prompt, and consequently, less stressful, than working with physical documents and relying on either postal, telephone, or face to face communication.”

“My Newterm excellent however Wilmington Grammer School who interviewed me more than 2 months ago, and decided I was unsuccessful have not bothered to give me any feedback. The school asked if I wanted feedback all i had to do was ask which i did. Shame on that school for not bothering , but i know its not anything to do with my new term. A lot of schools are failing to do this simply because they dont have to , and it shows a could not care less attitude on their part.”

“My experience was exemplary. I was very impressed as initially it is quite involved detailing your employment record. Submitting correct dates, salary etc so when I realised I did not have to continously repeat myself and the relevant information was saved for future applications it was a real winner for me. The only issue I have felt when you submitting your employment history in chronological order. Under this section there should be a blank space for you to write your story. As being in the school environment the schools needs the information very very dated and detailed. It's easier to write it in essay style.”

“Have use my new term three times in recent months. It’s really handy to have all my data and information in one secure place and then it’s just a case of writing the personal statement. Nearly had a heart attack as the deadline approached at 11:58 on Friday night, because I posted my statement in there and almost sent it with comments from a colleague who looked at my personal statement and pimped it a bit. That part was so stressful I cried but that’s not the fault of my new fault the fact that the deadline closes at 12 and then you can’t submit after that , I think that some people particularly support find it intimidating to use my new term, but I think it’s great for safer recruiting and it makes the process much more streamlined. A friend recently used it to apply for And Exams officer position at my school and I had to guide her through the process because having not working schools before and after a 20 year Absence From the workforce as raising children and working for a family business she didn’t feel she had the experience or qualifications to apply for the position in reality she’s going to be brilliant. It did take quite a lot of coaching to persuade her that she could make the application.”
