“Before you were good, but in the last three orders you put down your standards dramatically. in time and in service, last order took 2 weeks to be delivered, is the second time I ordered, because, the first one didn't match, and it was easier and "faster" just to order a new one. I am a customer for more than 5 years, and I think is sad to say I need to search for a new provider. do you behave in this way because I am a small customer?”

Your most recent order that was within the last 2 weeks has been shipped to you via Royal Mail, however deliveries to Austria post-Brexit do now, unfortunately, take longer, and also we are also currently experiencing strike action by the Royal Mail which is further adding to the shipping times. “Good original mazda part, plug and play whereas it was specific to 1999 and 2000 Mx5-NB only, sent fast. It's just difficult to know the real cost because of the VAT and the Tariffs for UE. Thanks.”
