“I bought a part from MX5parts but had a few issues and emailing the company I was met with a very passive aggressive person who took nothing that I said on board and made me feel awful. Not a pleasant experience”

Dear Mrs McGuire We apologise that you feel the experience you received was passive-aggressive and of course, this isn't the feeling we'd hope you'd take away after buying from us. We have reviewed the correspondence that was sent and we would like to reassure you we weren't trying to pass the buck to blame Royal Mail as to why your order didn't arrive until Wednesday after ordering it on Saturday. Howeverm, we unfortunately don't have a Royal Mail collection at the weekend, therefore it was collected at the earliest opportunity on the Monday, and unfortunately the strike on Tuesday meant your order didn't arrive until Wednesday. “I am laying up my NC for the Winter and although it's under a carport, it's like being in a wind tunnel, plastering it with damp dust and leaves. I researched external car covers and found MX5 parts not only provide the most economical but it's also a genuine Mazda one. It fits like a glove, is tailored for the wing mirrors and has an alround tightening cord. It looks the bees knees, is silver and has a clear panel for the rear numberplate. A really good result.”

“Incase this is common place with this regulator, the power connector was wired incorrectly. I had swap the black & blue wires around so that the window went up when pulling up on the switch instead of the other way round. Other than that, very happy with purchase.”

“I was unable to pay by credit card. The only possibility I had was to pay by PayPal and I couldn't enter id and password. I had to abord my purchase. Very disappointed.”
