“Have always had great service from MX5 Parts and routinely visit the online shop as my first port of call for anything for my MX5. They seem to have the widest range of standard and upgrade items in stock and it is very rare I haven't found what I wanted straight away. Delivery is always prompt and reasonably priced to Jersey. They also automatically take the VAT off for export orders. 5 stars from me.”

“Useful supplier of genuine parts. Packaging was a bit lean (just a poly bag) but luckily the seals and parts arrived undamaged. For the postage cost, shipping was a bit slow too for 'in stock' items, with no reason given.”

“Excellent service, great range of stock maybe a little expensive on some items unfortunately most of the instructions are in German. Overall I would recommend mx5 parts and always check there website first when I need a part.”

“Good selection of parts and accessories except for womens chronograph watches. First one I ordered, the second hand hangs up on the minute hand. Second one I ordered, chrono hour hand was not attached. The hand was loose inside laying on the watch face. Shipping is fast and other parts I have ordered have been good. I am in the U.S.”

“I placed an order for an of of stock item and phoned after a few days to check when I might expect it and was told within 6 weeks, but it an email to say it was posted to me a few days later. The tracking number/ did not work link and MX% Parts could not explain it or the parts wherabouts? When it arived I realised I needed a gasget, so phoned the same guy again who said there was either 200 or 4oo orders in front of mine and could not say when I would get it sent? I went on ebay and ordered the part from MX5 Parts and it arrived the following daY!!!!!! cOME ON GUYS PLEASE GET YOUR FINGER OUT. vERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
