“I've been purchasing parts from MX5 Parts for 17yrs, always experiencing excellent service. Unfortunately, my last two orders have not been 'dispatched the same day', contrary to the stated policy, despite being ordered well before the cut-off time of 3pm. This is disappointing, especially when both orders were small light items. Consequently I've dropped a star on the rating scale.”

“Service from Mx5 Parts is good. But please change the logistics company that you use. Tracking doesn’t work, updates are few and far between. I was notified hours after my delivery arrived. I recently bought another item on Sunday the 2nd of May and it cost me nearly £8 for postage with no option for next day delivery. That leaves me without a mode of transport in this instance for as long as it takes for the part to arrive and be fitted. £8 postage for a 5 day delivery wait (appreciate the bank holiday Monday) really let’s the company down in my opinion and sadly if I can get the item I need elsewhere, I will likely do that in the future. Im not one to leave reviews normally, but I’ve been very much let down by my most recent experience. 3 stars is giving MX5 Parts the benefit of the doubt. Undeserving of 2 stars.”
