“since 02.12.2022 I should have received the part I ordered and paid for, and the only answer I got was that there was no tracking IT IS NOT CORRECT...!!!”

“The parts you provide are excellent quality but delivery service is very poor. On 2 separate occasions orders have turned up very late. The first order took over 10 days to arrive and the second (stated 1-2 working days delivery) still, as of 31st December 2022, has not arrived after 4 working days!”

Hi Clifford We apologise that your orders have taken longer than expected to arrive, the order that took 10 days to arrive was unfortunately down to the Royal Mail strikes and Christmas Bank Holiday days. Your second order was gratefully received and disptached on Thursday 29th December using a courier service, but again due to the New Year's bank holiday days wasn't delivered until the 3rd of Jan. We apologise for any inconvenience that later than expected arrival of your orders has caused, however, we hope you can appreciate with various strike actions and the bank holidays the timescales were out of our control.
