“I've ordered a few things from here now and they are always posted the same day and good communication.I've only had small parts but don't get treated any different. A good web site too it's eas to pick your model and not order the wrong part. I will definitely use them in the future.”

“Ordered a window-to-door seal that arrived on time but was damaged in transit. Called MK5 parts and spoke to Mark who asked me to send a photograph of the item and they would send a replacement. The replacement arrived very quickly and is now fitted. Excellent service.”

“Bought polyparts door buffers, wow what a difference, doors shut better (makes a nice expensive sound) Car is much quieter (gone are the small but annoying creaks). Thinking of changing all the rubber bushes to polyparts ones, in the spring.”

“Ok, 10/10, info and communication and technical support But too long delivery time, despite the fact that the shipment leaves your facilities immediately. Suggestion: explore other means of shipping that are much faster in delivery. This is the reason for my rating. Reception time. Everything else ok..”

“Rear number plate lights Rapid ordering, even with Mail strikes two day delivery. Unplug old crumbly factory fit lights in 06 MX5 plug in new units bingo we are legal on the road again.”
