“Placed 3 separate orders over the last couple of weeks and all parts arrived the day after placing the order. I noticed a manufacturing defect on one original Mazda part; MX5parts responded to my email quickly and I received a replacement part the following day. Great service.”

“As I'm in the EU, I'd like the option to have a tracked delivery with UPS or similar. Still waiting for any form of notification from customs on my last order.... could be anywhere :-(”

“MX5 Parts offers a wide range of interesting MX5 products. The website is clear and products can easily be found. Prices are reasonable in comparison. But, and here comes something that MX5 Parts is not responsible for: consequences of buying in UK after Brexit. Imports Charges, and quite high too. These charges off set the reasonable price points of products. I may have to reconsider buying UK in comparison buying within EU. Sorry guys, but that is how it is. Blame good old Boris...”

“Needed a replacement overhead/internal light for my MK3, as the original plastic switch had snapped. MX5parts had the item in stock, so ordered it and it was delivered within a couple of days. Can't fault the service or price so top marks!”

“I purchased an item which arrived quickly, but due to a mistake on my part I only ordered one when I needed 2 I phoned and explained this to the the guy who took my call, sorry I can't remember his name, he was very helpful and promptly entered the details on his system and the item was dispatched. I cannot fault the service given either on my initial order or when I requested help getting an additional one.”

“The range of accessories and parts is good, and many are of good quality at a reasonable price. Some of the cheaper bits, especially interior, are below standard. I recently bought a boot rack and a style bar. No instructions were included, and the latter does not appear to be for my model. They ignored my first email and later denied receiving it. Trust me, they got it. Then they responded to my second by attaching instructions for the rack, but not the bar. Pity. This type of thing is easy to fix.”

“Great webshop, lots of good products - however, being a new customer from Europe, I would appreciate you mention the extra cost from customs in my home country, not only the local VAT. All this is of course not your fault but Brexit is to blame, however, I pay the price. Still, great service and fast delivery.”
