“Verypoor customer service. Purchased a regulator that a trained mechanic tried to fit but was unable to do so. I then purchased a regulator from Mazda main dealership which the same mechanic fitted and had working immediately. The response from Brian was that the mechanic must be incompetent very agressive and defensive emails. I have bought many parts from MX Parts over the years but never ever again especially as I have found that the main dealership charges the same price as them. Poor customer care really does harm a company”

“Brilliant service as usual.The genuine Mazda front brake pads and discs have transformed braking of my mk1 MX5 .Perfectly engined to suit car ,strong ,progressive braking but not overly aggressive . I bought the expensive £135 ,Gel Mat battery which only lasted about 9 months need to recharge every 2-3 weeks .Opted for the best quality but poorer than my last lead acid battery .Not good .”

“Impressive head rest chrome backs, disappointing that the double sided tape was strong enough to stick, I rang you guys and this chap said possibly the reason they don’t stick is that there probably polish on headrest. I cleaned them as thoroughly as I could but not the best result. He was not the most helpful to be honest and I found him most patronising.”

“All good apart from Parcel Force who kept trying to deliver to my husbands work address after 6pm,when they were closed (opening hours were on the order). Eventually opted to collect from PO which being rural isbt near by and which would take another 3days, and then they suddenly delivered to his work the following morning, never got delivery confirmation though. As high value order we hadn't wanted it "left in safe place".”
