“I was surprised when selecting next day delivery the items were stuck at picking for a number of days. This caused me to miss the attempted delivery twice almost resulting in a return due to work commitments. I did call to cancel an item as I had inadvertently left a gasket in my basket the next day, but was advised the only way to do so was to cancel the entire order. Requiring the other half of the order I decided to leave it, had I have known the items weren't due to be shipped that week I would have cancelled and reordered the items required.”
