“My order was cancelled by the system because payment had not been received within a time frame. My payment was made through PayPal, maybe the system can be altered to have a longer time gap before cancelling. The other option is to not offer payment via PayPal. I made a call and placed the order, made the payment with the credit card. The order was despatched same day and received two days later. Thank you”

“Ordered online and the website during payment redirected me back to the website from paying. Not sure if it was an MX5 parts glitch or my bank which failed but my order was processed and an email sent saying it was all OK. Then the order auto cancelled with no explanation the following day. I called them and they explained the card hadn't been authorised and they then did it over the phone for me. Delivery was fast. I'd say the non genuine NC air and oil filters are on the cheaper side so I'd go with a branded or genuine next time.”
