“Very good. Only suggestion for improvement, make sure the customer gets awareness of when the delivery is planned. Delivery turned up without notice, was good l was in and parts was Expensive.. really wouldn't have been good to leave on the door step..”

“Ordered a digital clock for my MX5 Mk1. Wired it all up but dead as a dodo. MX5 advised me to return it so they could check the unit. Did so 1st class and rang the next day. Was advised that it was faulty and all the batch of clocks were being checked before a replacement was sent. This arrived the following day 1st class and works perfectly. The cost of postage was also paid to my bank account. Can't fault the service.”

“Product was packaged well and arrived undamaged. But frankly customer service was not quite what i expected. Due to some issue, either the website or my gmail and another outlook email, i could not log into my account (did not receive any password reset mails. Neither did a completely new account in a different email system receive any activation mail either.). I missed the easter discount due to this. The issue was promptly solved by mx5parts sending a new password by mail, so there was quick action which is very much appreciated, but i was only able to log in after the discount period ended. A little bit of compensation for this was much appreciated since i was originally in time for ordering but i could not due to issues. I will still order again next time as generally their service is great from what i hear and experience! Robert”
