“We have a Mazda mx5 Mk 3 1/2 year 2010 with approx mileage 55000. The centre section of the exhaust pipe fractured just after the small expansion silencer. The rear main silencer is in good condition as was the catalytic box. A quick look at MX5 parts showed a replacement part for £60. Immediately ordered and received in less than 48 hours ( as usual with mx5 parts). Easiest way to do this job is to take out the main rear silencer held in with 4off bungy rubbers. The captive bolts on exhaust pipe flange were drilled out, the nuts being completely corroded. The new replacement pipe includes the small expansion silencer and a flared pipe end at this end. The other end has the flange. It has to be said that the bending of the pipe is a little unsightly with a lot of distortion around the bends. Nevertheless it was a perfect fit. Using an angle grinder I cut the old exhaust pipe easily. Many thanks to all at MX5 parts who saved me a lot of money.”

“Made a £315 order, most of it was sent apart from the FL22 coolant which was waiting to arrive because it was on backorder. . However I accidentally ordered one 5L canister instead of two FL22 5L canisters. I rang to pay for another 5L canister to be sent with the one that was going to be shipped. But I was told I had to pay an extra £9.50 to ship the coolant because it's a new order... Although it was their right to respond as they did, I didn't appreciate it and I guess I will wait ordering a second canister for when I make a new order with some other bits and bobs...”
