“always a pleasant experience both prior and after sales at MX5parts. had some issues with my order recently, despite some technical glitch prolonged the whole process, it was resolved quickly once Bryan got in touch. Competitive pricing, however your international shipping could've been faster, ideally with tracking as option. all in all, great company. will come back for future purchases”

“Good customer service, bad shipping options. Orders from above 30€ or from outside uk would have a registered mail or something with tracking number. Royal mail is not cheap, isn't fast and doesn't provide tracking.”

“Excellent help on the phone providing technical advice, identifying complex parts and creating the order. Website is also easy to use for straight forward orders. They went the extra mile to support me and find a solution. The update emails on longer lead time arts are a nice touch to remind you they are on the case. Highly recommended.”

“Good parts and service, including on the phone, however it's a real problem that express delivery isn't offered as an option. I discovered some unexpected parts were needed during repair, and couldn't get them all from mx5parts (out of stock). The part I ordered from another vendor, sent via guaranteed 24hr delivery, arrived the following day so 2 days before Christmas. The parts from mx5parts - ordered at the same time (1pm so dispatched the same day, but sent 1st class post only) took over a week, and didn't arrive till after the christmas break. In the meantime my car has been stuck on a ramp. 1st class is normally much faster than this, but the point is that its delivery speed is not guaranteed. This is sometimes an issue.”
